Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to orders placed directly through AmadaHome’s official website. Purchases made through external retailers or third-party platforms are subject to the return and refund rules of the original seller.
Return Request Timeframe
Return requests must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the order is confirmed as delivered. Requests submitted after this window may not be eligible for review.
Conditions for Return Approval
Returned items must remain in substantially the same condition as received, excluding any verified defect or quality issue. Products should not have been used, altered, or damaged through handling. Original packaging, labels, and accessories should be included. A valid proof of purchase is required. Customized items, clearance items, and those marked as non-returnable are excluded from returns unless defective.
