Scope of This Policy
This Return Policy applies to orders placed directly through AmadaHome’s official website. Purchases made through external retailers or third-party platforms are subject to the return rules of the original seller and must be handled accordingly.
Return Request Timeframe
Return requests must be submitted within a reasonable period following delivery. In most cases, this period will not exceed thirty (30) calendar days from the date the order is confirmed as delivered. Requests submitted beyond this window may not be eligible for review.
Conditions for Return Approval
Returned items must remain in substantially the same condition as received, excluding any verified defect or quality issue. This generally means the product has not been used, altered, or damaged through handling. Original packaging, labels, protective materials, and accessories should be included where applicable. All return requests must be supported by valid proof of purchase.
Products that are customized, clearance items, or clearly identified as non-returnable are excluded from standard returns unless an issue is identified upon arrival.
Defective Products
A product is considered defective if it fails to provide the level of safety or functionality that may reasonably be expected under normal use. In determining whether a product is defective, AmadaHome may take into account factors such as product presentation, packaging, labeling, instructions, marketing materials, and the nature of the intended use.
The company reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a reported issue qualifies as an inherent defect. If an assessment concludes that the issue resulted from improper use, handling, installation, or external damage caused by the customer, the request for repair, replacement, or refund may be denied.
Imperfect Products
An imperfect product refers to one that, while not necessarily unsafe, is rendered unsuitable for its intended purpose or experiences a measurable reduction in quality, function, or value. This may include issues that affect usability, durability, or performance.
AmadaHome will evaluate claims of imperfection on a case-by-case basis. If it is determined that the imperfection was caused by customer action or misuse, the request for remedy may be declined.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, customers must first contact our support team at support@amadahome.com. Once the request has been reviewed and approved, detailed return instructions will be provided. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.
Shipping and Return Method
Approved returns must be shipped back following the instructions provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the return package is properly prepared and shipped using a reliable, trackable service. AmadaHome cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns initiated due to personal preference or non-quality-related reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. When a return is approved due to a verified defect, damage during transit, or fulfillment error, AmadaHome may cover or reimburse the return shipping cost, subject to review.
Exchanges
If you wish to receive a different item, we recommend completing the return process first. Once the return is approved, a new order may be placed separately to avoid delays caused by inventory availability.
Repair or Replacement Assessment
Where a defect or imperfection is confirmed, AmadaHome may, at its discretion, offer a repair or replacement as an alternative to a refund. The chosen resolution will depend on product availability, severity of the issue, and operational feasibility.
Refund Review and Processing
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your request. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout within 7–10 business days. Please note that processing times vary by financial institution, and it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account after it has been issued.
