Shipping Areas & Costs

We offer complimentary standard shipping to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States.

We currently do not ship to:

• Alaska or Hawaii
• U.S. territories
• P.O. boxes
• APO/FPO addresses
• Certain remote or restricted delivery areas

For special delivery requests, please contact us before placing your order. Delivery availability and any additional charges will be confirmed on a case-by-case basis.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders leave our fulfillment center within 2 business days after your order is confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order for shipment and does not include carrier transit time.

Estimated Delivery

Your estimated delivery window is displayed on the product page or at checkout based on your delivery address.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, peak-season volume, product availability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The carrier and shipping service may vary depending on the product size, delivery address, and fulfillment location.

Multiple Packages

To help protect your furniture during transit, some AMADA products are carefully packed and shipped in multiple boxes.

Packages from the same order may:

• Ship separately
• Have different tracking numbers
• Arrive on different days

Receiving one package does not necessarily mean that your entire order has been delivered. Please review all tracking numbers included in your shipping confirmation emails.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees beyond the amount shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with the available tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to appear on the carrier’s website.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer support team with your order number so we can assist you.

Address Changes & Cancellations

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will do our best to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing or shipped.

Additional delivery or redelivery costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Failed or Refused Delivery

Please make sure the delivery address is accessible and that your packages can fit through any entrances, hallways, staircases, or elevators required to reach the intended location.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, applicable return shipping, handling, or redelivery costs may be charged to the customer.

Shipping Delays & Product Availability

Occasional delays may occur because of severe weather, carrier disruptions, high order volume, inventory changes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we are unable to ship your order within the expected processing time, we will contact you with an updated estimate.

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and refund the unavailable item to your original payment method.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your packages and product components promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible and provide:

• A brief description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the issue
• Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label

Please keep the product and original packaging until our customer support team has reviewed the case and provided the next steps.

Depending on the situation, we may arrange replacement parts, a replacement shipment, or another appropriate resolution.
